My name is Beth, I am a third year Conservation Biology and Ecology student with the University of Exeter. Throughout my time at university I have enjoyed immersing myself in different societies, and the beautiful environment around Cornwall.
I am currently working on my third year research project: 'How do ditches and hedgerows around agricultural fields in Norfolk differ in their diversity and abundance of flower visiting insects?'. I am interested to find out how flower visiting insects are using the resources in agricultural landscapes. This will hopefully enable farmers to enhance their land in a way that is beneficial to wildlife. Please take a look around my website to find out what else I have been working on whilst studying for my degree. |
